New Minecraft Launcher Not Working Fix 2022 Game Fails To Load Error

Check the compatibility of the Launcher and your OS
The launcher was designed for Windows 10 or Windows 11. It also works on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and other mobile devices. If your device is not listed, it may not work. The game won't start for some players while for others, the launcher won't launch at all. Windows 10 version 1903 (May 2019, Update) or higher is the answer. You should whitelist the new launcher and temporarily disable the antivirus/firewall.
Get the new launcher directly from Microsoft Store
According to Reddit user BearGhost1YT u/BearGhost1YT, the problem could be related the launcher from Minecraft.net. The problem is unlikely to occur if you directly download the launcher from Microsoft store. As per a report from another player who installed the launcher through the Xbox app on Windows 11, they are getting login issues.
